Intellectual Property

In order to guarantee the originality and relevance of published material, it is understood that, by submitting a text, the authors commit to giving Resonancias priority over its publication. Non-compliance may lead to the submission’s elimination from the peer-review or editing process.

All material published in Resonancias falls under the Creative Commons 4.0 license, “Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives”, unless otherwise indicated. This means that said material can be distributed, copied and displayed by third parties, provided that appropriate credit is given and that it is not used for commercial purposes or to produce derivative material (1).

In the event that authors decide to license their work in some other form, they must indicate as much upon submission. This is especially important in cases concerning preexisting intellectual or industrial property.

In consideration of the licensing terms applied to published material, authors as well as third parties are advised to notify the editorial team regarding any relevant matters concerning the reproduction of material originally published in the journal.
