Composer, musician, programmer, and interactive media designer. John has a BA (Hons) in Music Industry Management (BNU, UK), an MA in Sonic Arts (Middlesex, UK), a Graduate Certificate in Innovation & Enterprise (Sydney) and has recently completed a PhD in Composition (Sydney Conservatorium of Music, under examination). He is currently a lecturer of Interactive Media and Sound Installations, and Music Industry Skills. John’s research interests include the analysis of instrumental performance, the development of compositional systems using musical information, musicology and ePortfolios in creative and performing arts.
